There are a thousand reasons why you can’t go - but sometimes all it takes is one good reason why you must. Irislee Koch, together with her pastor husband, moved their entire family to Thailand for one year to work with marginalized communities in disaster zones, with Imagine Thailand. Irislee now represents STMNetwork PAOC, a short term missions network that trains short-term volunteers and inspires them to long-term global work. She will discuss the joys and pitfalls of global engagement and what she has learned about going global without messing it up!
