Hi! We are Chris and Laura Wiens, a Christian couple living on a quiet acreage in Oyama with our 3 teenage children. We have a one bedroom basement suite available for rent from September 1, 2024 - April 30, 2025 (early move in available if desired). Our place is about a 15 minutes drive to UBCO; a vehicle is required as we are not on a bus route. The suite has a separate entrance, and shared laundry. It is currently partially furnished, but having it fully furnished may be an option. Rent is $1200, utilities included.

Hi! We are UCM alumni Gavin and Ashley Tiel. We are in search of one more female roommate to join our newly renovated home in Rutland (about 10 mins drive from campus). All current roommates are university student females in their 20s. We have one furnished bedroom, shared furnished living space and shared bathrooms available (there are 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms total). The room is available October 1, 2024.
