Vision Night (Club AGM)

Speaker: Reena Kersey
Topic: Why We’re Here
Food: Pizza

“Vision" is a picture of what the future might look like. Without vision, the Bible says, the people will perish. This night will start like any other - with worship and a message. After that, we'll take time to pray and facilitate table and large group discussion around the direction of UCM. As an official UBCSUO Club, this meeting will also act as our Annual General Meeting (AGM). If you are a member of UBCSUO you will be able to vote for our incoming student executive team (“Doulos” leadership).

While at University we often find ourselves asking the big questions: Why are we here? What are we supposed to do? How does being a Christian affect my life calling? In this series we will look at the big picture of the Bible’s teaching on vocation. Why we’re here is about everyone, everything, everywhere, in every moment.

Thursday Nights is our weekly worship gathering on campus where we engage teachings from the bible around relevant topics for university students. It's a place where everyone is welcome, seeking to know Jesus is prioritized, and authentic relationships are valued.
