Multiplying Missional Disciples 

An Introduction to 3DMovements

Nearly 2,000 years ago Jesus of Nazareth launched a movement of people who were being transformed from their old way of life into a completely new and better Way. This transformation came through a relationship with him and his spiritual family. Jesus invited them to follow him and learn how to live the kind of life he was living. Those who began to live this better way of life helped other people experience the same kind of transformation and become part of an extended family on mission that was changing the world.

In our day churches have tended to focus on the Truth and the Life of Jesus, but have largely forgotten the Way of Jesus. In so doing we have lost much of the life-changing passion and world-transforming power that Jesus multiplied in the lives of his followers. Too often we have found ourselves producing spiritual consumers dependent on our programs and staff, rather than missional disciples who are representing Jesus and multiplying his Kingdom in the lives of others as a way of life.

Twenty years ago a movement began in northern England, empowering people to multiply disciples and live in missional community the way Jesus trained the early church to do. That movement has been spreading across the world and is now coming to Western Canada. If you are hungry to more effectively equip people to make disciples who are able to make disciples, who in turn can make disciples, then come and join us for an evening of teaching, discussion, and demonstration, led by Bob and Pam Rognlien, Directors of 3DM West.
