Hi! We are Chris and Laura Wiens, a Christian couple living on a quiet acreage in Oyama with our 3 teenage children. We have a one bedroom basement suite available for rent from September 1, 2024 - April 30, 2025 (early move in available if desired). Our place is about a 15 minutes drive to UBCO; a vehicle is required as we are not on a bus route. The suite has a separate entrance, and shared laundry. It is currently partially furnished, but having it fully furnished may be an option. Rent is $1200, utilities included.
